We hope you love your Maison Tavla order as much as we loved creating it.
But if something doesn't suit you, don't panic!

• Return period
  You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return or exchange.
• Terms
  - The item must be unused, in perfect condition and in its original packaging
  - Return costs are the responsibility of the customer (except in the case of a defective product)
• Procedure
  1. Contact us with your order number
  2. We will send you the return address and instructions
  3. Once the item has been received and checked, we will proceed with the exchange or refund.
