What are the delivery times?

Orders are generally shipped within 2 to 4 business days. Delivery times then vary depending on your location:

  • France: 3 to 5 working days
  • International: 5 to 10 working days
Can I return an item?

Yes! You have 14 days upon receipt to make a return. Products must be unused and in their original packaging.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.

Will my Tavla board scratch over time?

Yes, like all cutting boards, the surface of your Tavla board is designed to be knife-friendly—so it may naturally become marked or scratched with use. These marks are completely normal and do not affect its quality or durability.

What is my Tavla board made of?

Our boards are made from 100% pre-consumer recycled plastic, they are:

  • BPA free
  • PFAS-free
  • Non-porous
  • Odorless
  • Dishwasher safe
  • Approved for food contact (FDA standard)
What is “pre-consumer” recycled plastic?

There are two types of recycling:

Pre-consumer : concerns waste generated during manufacturing, before the product reaches the consumer.

Post-consumer : refers to materials recycled after their use by the consumer.

At Tavla, we have opted for pre-consumer recycling. This allows us to recover production waste that is still unused, ensuring a clean, food-safe material that is consistent with our sustainability commitments.

What type of plastic is used for Tavla boards?

Our boards are made from ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE). This material is renowned for its durability, non-porous surface, and everyday comfort: it is strong, odorless, non-absorbent, and dishwasher safe.
